When you can book

For the 2026 season, access to La Pelosa Beach is subject to mandatory reservations during the period from May 15 to October 15, 2026. There are 1,500 spots available per day.

How to Make a Reservation

Daily spots are divided into two categories:
- 500 spots can be reserved at any time, with no time limit, for a date between May 15 and October 15, 2026.
- 1,000 spots are made available two days before the desired visit date.
Reservations for the second day following the current one open every day at 9:00 a.m.

Reservations Reserved for Accommodation Facilities

Some lodging facilities in the Municipality of Stintino have a set number of spots, which are already included in the daily total of 1,500 visits.
Accommodation facilities may make reservations for the second day starting from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Starting at 9:00 a.m., users will be able to reserve any remaining available spots.

Children

Children under 12 years of age do not need to make a reservation.

Access via QR Code

Access to the beach will be monitored from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
During these hours, you must present the QR code you received upon completing your reservation.

Rate

The daily rate is €3.50 per person.

Confirmation and Payment

Once your reservation is confirmed, the selected seats are held for 30 minutes. Payment must be completed by the time indicated on the summary page. If payment is not made by that time, the reservation is automatically canceled and the seats become available to other users.

How Does Access to the 9 a.m. Reservations Work?

Daily reservations for La Pelosa Beach open every day at 9:00 a.m. for the second day ahead.
In the event of a high number of users online, access to the platform is managed by a virtual waiting room operated by Cloudflare, which allows users to enter progressively on a first-come, first-served basis.
At 9:00 a.m., any remaining spots are made available, taking into account any reservations made by lodging facilities during the time slot reserved for them.
Entering the waiting room does not automatically guarantee that a seat will be available: during periods of high demand, spots can fill up quickly, especially since each reservation can include up to 4 people.
The system was implemented to ensure orderly, stable, and equitable access to the platform.

About Stintino

Unlike others, of Stintino we know exactly the date of its founding: August 14, 1885, the origin of the village of Stintino is due to the Italian government's decision to establish on Asinara Island the maritime quarantine health station and a penal colony.
At that time, the island was inhabited 45 by families, some engaged in sheep farming and livestock breeding, who had given rise to the agglomerations of Fornelli and Cala Reale, while in Cala d'Oliva lived fishermen of Ligurian and Ponzese origin who, after several migrations, decided to settle permanently on the island to devote themselves to seasonal tuna and lobster fishing.
