HOW TO BOOK.
One QRCode for all your reservations
Register on the application and you will get your QRCode that will be valid for all your reservations. It will be sufficient to show it at the entrance for verification of the reservation made for the day of entry.
This year, compared to previous seasons, the beach reservation system has been modified as follows:
– user registration with email and password is required;
– qrcode is assigned to the user during registration and is always the same for all reservations made;
– on the user account is the list of reservations made so it is no longer necessary to send a qrcode and a confirmation email for each individual reservation
Your QRCode
You can find your QRCode by clicking on the first menu item. A grid will open with the QRCode and icon that allows you to download the pdf file.
The QRCode is unique for each user and never changes even if you make multiple reservations (of which, again in the menu you can find the list).
Below is a video tutorial showing how to access and download the QRCode.
In the event that a user has made multiple reservations for the same day, such as needing to make reservations for more than four people, the QRCode will be the same for all reservations, and it will be necessary for all bookers to enter at the same time.
Registration
From the login form click on “New User”
Enter your email, which will be your username, and twice your chosen password. The Password must consist of at least 5 characters including one uppercase, one lowercase and at least one number.
Confirm consent to data processing and acceptance of terms and conditions.
You will receive an email with a link to confirm your registration. After confirmation you will be able to access your account.
Dashboard
The Dashboard contains the following elements:
– top left of the main menu icon
– always on the other side are: the icon that allows you to change the language (Italian or English) and the icon for immediate access to individual features
– the page has buttons to select the type of reservation and to request assistance
Daily Reservation
700 seats, out of the 1,500 available daily, can be reserved no earlier than 48 hours from the day of use during the period from June 1 to October 31, 2024. A reservation fee of 3.50 euros per person is charged. Each reservation can include a maximum of 4 people and a user can enter a maximum of one reservation per day. Children under 12 years of age should not be included in the reservation.
Reservations for the second following day open at 08:00.
Booking Period
700 seats, out of the 1,500 available daily, can be booked without time limit during the period from June 1 to October 31, 2024. Reservations require payment of a daily fee of 3.50 euros per person. Each reservation can include a maximum of 4 people. Children under the age of 12 should not be included in the reservation. Reservations for multiple consecutive days are allowed.
Main Menu
In the main menu there are the following items:
– your qrcode: allows you to download the pdf with the user QRCode;
– daily reservation;
– BOOKING PERIOD;
– reservation list;
– change password.
Places Available
And a calendar is available with real-time vacancies showing:
– in blue the places available for reservations within 48 hours
– grayed out seats available for unlimited reservations
